I hope to post a QOD for a year, or at least see how many questions I can come up in the next 365 days! I'm guessing two weeks but let's see if I surprise myself.

A bloggers motives
If you blog, why did you start? If you don't, then why don't you?
I started blogging last year in October to cover polls and election predictions. Also because I have an opinion about everything, and my family was sick of hearing it so I took it to the internet. My blog has since evolved into much more than just poll coverage and I've loved every minute of it.
I started blogging because I wanted to create a format in which to discipline a kind of writing I did for myself already, only haphazardly. I also wanted to use it to teach myself the basics of making blogs and social media. The reason I KEEP blogging, though, is because I love writing, and blogging has opened up writing for me in a vastly wonderful way. Multimedia writing is what I have always imagined writing to be, at least in my own head. Now I can share it. It's a pleasure to do.
